Refund policy
RETURNS
Merchandise may be returned within (14) calendar days of purchase to receive a full refund. To be eligible for a refund, merchandise must be returned in its original, unused, unwashed and undamaged condition with original tags and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. Only regular priced items may be refunded, all discounted items are final sale.
You are responsible for paying shipping costs for returned merchandise. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing insurance, as Hive will not be responsible for any items lost or damaged in return shipping.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 2 weeks for the credit to be applied to your account.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to make an exchange for the same item, please send an email to orders@hivepalmbeach.com.
CANCELLATION
You may cancel your order at any time before the order is processed. Once a product has shipped, the Return and Exchange Policy will apply.
HIVE may cancel orders for any reason, including, but not limited to, discontinued items, pricing errors, and declined credit card payments.
